messenger for Ipad

Hi, Im totally new to Ipad and was wondering if there was an app for messenger live that anyone uses succesfully as I do use this a lot on my PC . I have the free version from the app store but its really only for the iphones or pods and a tad small. The only one ive seen on the app site is payable and doesnt have very good reviews anyone have any thoughts ?

Just an FYI.

Any iPhone app you run on your iPad by default displays in native iphone resolution which only utilizes the center of your iPad display.

You can maximize the app so that it uses the entire iPad screen. I don't have any iPhone apps anymore but if memory serves a plus sign is displayed in the upper right of an iPhone app running on an iPad. Simply press this and the app will go fullscreen. There may be a small loss in graphics sharpness but for me it was negligible.

As Midranger has pointed out iPhone apps can run on an iPad, you will find a 2X tab in the bottom right hand corner to enlarge to the iPad screen.
