Mic Stand holder for Ipad Mini with Retina AND Otterbox case?

Is there any mic stand holders available for the Ipad Mini with Retina in an Otterbox case? I found one on eBay that works, but it won't rotate enough to use it effectively. All the usual suspects look like they require the tablet to be free of the case and that is too much trouble to go through everytime I want to mount it on a mic stand.
