Microsoft Exchange

HI,

I have set up my works Microsoft exchange account on My iPad for Calendar, Email, Contacts.
Now everything syncs fine apart from my calendar,
When I update an appointment on my works phone or works laptop the calendar is automatically updated on the iPad but if I change or add an appointment on my iPad it will not change/update my phone/laptop.

Check what your default calendar is set for on the ipad, its probably not set to your work one.

Settings - Mail, contacts and calendars, scroll down to calendars - default calendar

Great thanks, had it on Work under iCloud instead of the exchange one, all working now.
