Microsoft Money to ??

Which app is a good replacement for Microsoft Money? I need to:

1. Import all my Microsoft Money transactions into the app.

2. The app should run on a Mac, iPad, and iPhone and automatically sync between the three devices.

3. It should be shareable between my and my wife's devices.

4. I do not need budgeting nor investment planning. It should provide good transaction monitoring with cash flow analysis.

5. It should be dependable and reliable.

I installed Parallels 7 on my MacBook Air and then created a XP virtual machine on a USB external hard disk. Not the cleanest solution but an acceptable one for now. That gives me the ability to run just abort whatever Windows program needed. I'll do the same when I get a iMac.
