Missing Icon to create an event in the Calendar

To All Ipad Techno,
In the Calendar section, I cant find the icon to create an event. It is usually on the botton right corner, now it is gone. I re-install all the application again, I check the calendar, the Icon appears, but when I synch, the icon is gone.
I need help....

Go into your iCloud settings and make sure the calendar is turned on. That is what usually causes this problem.
