Do you have the most updated version of monster pet shop and which iOS software are you running on? If they aren't both up to date try updating them, it might fix that problem… if it doesn't contact Beeline, they might know of a solution as well

Also let me know whether you receive the pronged rabble egg, I just hatched another horn nosed one that I can breed with the pronged for another egg if you still need it by the time it matures.
