Movies without wifi connection

I'm really new to this so please be gentle and kind.

What l really want to know is how can l watch a movie on my daily commute to NYC on a train without wifi if possible. After watching the movie l will of course delete it.

You can go to iTunes and download what you want to see later on when you're away from the net... Apple - iTunes - Browse the top movie downloads ... Or you can rip and convert movies from your personal video collection... Convert movies for iPad - Best free iPad DVD/Video Converter download

Yes - as the previous poster suggests - you'd normally want to download a movie before you leave for your commute. You can download at home movies from the iTunes Store or rip them from a DVD to watch on the iPad. Streaming movies over 3G is possible, but you'd be very lucky to get sufficiently good reception to be able to do this satisfactorially while on your commute.

I thought the only way to do so is to upload movie from pc through itunes.

I never upload movies from my PC. I always download them directly from the iTunes Store over WiFi directly to my iPad. I hate that iTunes software on the PC...
