MP3 transfer problem

Hi, I have 6 mp3 files I want to transfer from my Imac to my Ipad. I have synced the Imac to the Ipad in Itunes, but one of the files doesn't come across to the Ipad. The files are identical in format, except the one that doesn't sync is 6 minutes long, 7.79 mb. Are there limitation settings, or would that not be the problem?

It's ok thanks, silly mistake, I had overlooked including a folder. Bit more familiarity helps.
