My autocorrect is self disabling :(

Hi I have got an issue with my autocorrect it's self switching on and self switching off even I select to be switching on by the options in the settings. This problem was with 6.0.1 and its continue with the new 6.1 iOS . I have done clean restore on my iPad3 but it's didn't help. Sorry about my English I hope you understand . My 1 year warranty expires after a couple of days but the store from that I persuade my iPad is gone / bankrupted
Is there any way I can fix this issue alone?

Your warranty is from Apple, not the bankrupt store where you purchased the iPad. If you go to this website, you can select your device type and country and you will be given instructions on how to obtain warranty service for your iPad. https://expresslane.apple.com/ProductSelector.action
