My email has changed....

and my old one has been deleted. Now I don't exist at iTunes. Should I just create a new account?

I don't see where to change email....I can't update anything until they start playing nice.:D
 
iTunes wants me to go View My Account, but to do that I must put in my email, that I changed, then it tells me that has been disabled.

Then it states to go to "iforgot.apple.com" which does not open.

Someone help! LOL! There has to be an easy way to change your email on iTunes.

Or not...

I CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS WILL WORK!!!! Just trying to help.


In iTunes, go to STORE > VIEW MY ACCOUNT

Click on EDIT ACCOUNT INFO next to your Apple ID

Change your email address and click DONE

When you get back into iTunes, click on STORE > DEAUTHORIZE COMPUTER

Then STORE > AUTHORIZE COMPUTER

Your iTunes purchases will play fine and sync fine...

It doesn't work, Bob. You have to sign in to view account. I can't sign in as it does not recognize my email as it was deleted into cyber space!

I now have gmail....

Okay. So I have been on the phone with Apple forever and I could not tell you HOW or WHAT we did, but it is fixed.

I can log in to itunes with new email and we also changed it on the ipad too, in settings.

But....


I still can't update my apps yet, as the OLD email pops up!!:mad: And we changed it in settings.

Any thoughts, anyone? Seems, for some reason no one wants to help me here in this thread, but only in pms and emails!

I appreciate it though!!:D
