I bought 2Tb and next day exchange it for 3Tb simply because it works so well and I have decided to move all my files over
and have my personal cloud 3Tb
Setup was very easy, it works with all apps supporting WebDav like (office 2 HD, Polaris Office, Pages, Notes, .....)
#1 change your admin password
#2 after you have done with WD get a free account with freedns or similar service,
check your router which one is supported. This is for accessing your WD trough WebDav.
Port forwarding, I found it works better for me when WD is in DMZ zone and 8080 ports for http and 8443 for https protocols.
To work with WD I found the following apps
#1 WD2 GO - free app (so crazy you can rename and delete folder but can't create them) access files from anywhere
also you can send a lint to your file via email like DropBox or Box very cool.
#2 My WebDav - free app (will let you for with files and folders)
#3 GoodReader - not a free app but you get more #2 plus much more other things.
#4 Polaris Office biggest + it opens file on the server side so file has only one copy.
Let me know if you have any questions.
