It's your money and if you feel that way you're doing the right thing. I disagree with you, however. I'm very pleased with this upgrade. If fact, I think all future upgrades will pale compared to this one.

Absolutely positively the single most important and sufficient reason for the upgrade... Whoever said that cannot see the difference don't know what they are talking about (and very likely not getting the most out of their iPad 3 in their demo session).
