My imessage and facetime are not working

When I am logging in and trying to move to the next step it gets me automatically to the previews one.

Not sure what you are saying but if you are trying to imessege or facetime with someone they have to be on the same IOS as you.

Not exactly. I am putting my pass and the screen moves to the next step where i should my email for 2 seconds and then automatically gets me back to the prevues step where i should put my pass again. (am sure that am using correct pass)
