MyWi connection through Iphone

So I've been using my jailbroken 4s with MyWi as a hotspot for my ipad3 . Been loving it so far . Then today I got a message from AT&T (did you know tethering your smatphone to a computer requires a tethering plan ? Pls call or see or plans here ......). As anyone had this experience or have been using this combination ? Do you use another combination ?

I've tethered through sprint on my android and have not got any notices from them at least yet.....
