Looks the problem is within Googles API. Same annoying problem with Weather for Lockscreen tweak

Ok, trying to repair this tweak I messed up my jb...had to restore and reinstall everything but now the tweak works.

I got the same "unknown error" message. I hope reinstall is not the only option!!

It should sort itself out, the issue is with the google api.

I'll reinstall it then. I did like the tweak but it was having too many issues.

Well I have had it for about a week now and some days it works and some days it does not. At some stage I thought there was some conflict with some other tweak but apparently it is just an issue with the api.

By the way, I have read that google retired their weather api this week, so that may explain it.

Now the question is if I uninstallit pf wait for a tweak update that may include a different api, but I dont know if that is even possible.

What if you contact the developer and see if he or she is working to change which weather source is used? Or, see if they are working on a fix, now that the Google API is toast? Wouldn't hurt to ask, yeah?

Yet, I've seen screen shots with nice weather widgets. What's up with that?
