Need a good app

My wife and I have a small photo business doing sports teams. I would like an app that we can record the kids name, frame #, team i.d etc.. as the kids pass through. Something simple.

Any ideas. Don't have time to go through 3000 apps.

Maybe you will like to try Numbers or Document to Go, they have stuff like excel and you can make a simple spreadsheet.

Find the iPad announcement by apple last January as there's a good demo of pages on it about halfway through. Should be on YouTube and will give you an idea whether you can use it or not.
