Need help

Can we connect to internet by just pluging in our Ipad's USB cable to a PC that is wired with internet line?

No. You need either a 3G plan, or a wireless router.

To my knowledge there is no way to do this. The only recommendation I would have is to pick up a cheap WiFi router or better yet Apple makes a router for such occasions, the Airport Express, it is not "cheap" though.
