Netflix issues with apple tv

I am not able to log-in to Netflix using the apple tv. It says it cannot connect to the server. Anyone have any advice on this?

Netflix servers had issues. It's probably not your AppleTV

There's also issues with iPhone 4 as well. It seems that it doesn't like it when you pause as I always have to completely close down and restart the app. I have not tried it on my iPad yet. I like to keep it free for playing lmao.
