You can simply use these setting if u r using mtnl 3G prepaid ------
Apn - gprsppsdel
Username - mtnl
Password - mtnl123
And don't forget to restart ur device also use sb setting for ease .....

I think you need to explain that these are special known USER/Passwords needed for those who are using the 3G with that specific provider .
I assume that in New-Delhi, there is only one provider of 3G over cellular.
But since that forum is being read by people from other countries, it would be nice to expand a little bit

BTW - with my Cellular provider in my country, it is quite similar USER/Passord
