New iPad owner

I live in Tel-Aviv, Israel and just got my iPad a few weeks ago. The main reason that I purchased it is that I read academic papers routinely and the PDF tools (through some of the available Apps) are very power. I can highlight special sections, write notes, etc. My second reason, I travel often, and it really bits carrying the laptop.

Good to hear from you. Yes, the iPad is great for carrying around and casual use. Even for originating content - such as articles, spreadsheets and presentations. You've come to the right Forum too.
