NEW IPAD USER! Free app to read /(create) word documents , slide show, pdf and excell

Hello friends, I am new here. I am a student and I need to read my word documents and power point slides for school work on my iPad. Is there an app that can enable me perform these. Or what other ways can I use guys I need to read my work on my iPad . Thanks guys.

Cloudon is a free app that allows you create and edit Office docs. SmartOffice is another app and it is free right now so if you rush you may still get it.
