New member with unstable iPad

Sorry, I didn't understand the post. Didn't know what was meant by "genius bar". Kinda' sounded like I was an idiot. Didn't mean to offend the poster. Will return my purchase as I just bought one from the Apple Online Store anyway

I'm a little late on this one so you will have to forgive me if this has been mentioned already but have you tried doing a software update for the machine - this is something that apple would typically advise to rule out any software bugs that may be casuing the issues try this if not then I'd go to the Genius Bar & ask for help there
