Hello, I am new to this forum. I am a grandmother with an ipad that I am very attached to. One of the reasons I am here is to figure out how to operate some of the apps. While Apple people always think Apple products are intuitive, some persons (me) must not be. So, I am here to search the threads for answers. Wish me luck! CJCharles

Hi CJCharles - welcome to the forum! Our son lives in Carmel, IN so we visit the state once or twice a year!

But just as starters if not already done, download the iOS User's Guide that corresponds to the iOS you are using on the iPad (current version is 7.1.1); also, in not on your device, pick up iBooks in the app store to read the guide - Dave
