New to iPad2 but not computers

I am a small business owner hoping that using an iPad2 is going to be better than the laptop PC that I used to carry. So far it is working great...but I am not advancing very quickly. I do not have the time to hang out and search for information. Any suggestions on a quick way to learn some of the basics would be much appreciated.
