New to this and having problems downloading.

I got sent a picture in an email and can' work out how to get it to download! Any help much appreciated.

If you mean "download" to save into your Photo app - did you try pressing and holding the press until a pop-up appears that says to save the photo?

If you are not getting that pop-up when you press/hold, let us know. There might could be issues with that file...
