New user can't update to ios5

I love my iPad 2 . Had it 2 weeks and been trying to update to ios5 with no success. It gives me error 3259 . I'm pdating from a win xp pc. I've retsrted the iPad reinstalled iTunes and used an Ethernet connection. Can someone help?
