I am a new user from Texas, and I am integrating the iPad2 into my day to day work scheme. So far the calendar functions perfectly and I am able to track time and mileage for reports.

Unfortunately, the office uses Excel and Word for their forms and those forms do not work well with Numbers and Pages. Printing is a little exasperating but does work.

The disappointment comes with the mobile providers and their limited data plans.

I have been using QuickOffice Pro HD for iPad since June and it has worked pretty well. I store the files on Dropbox so I can access from all devices and the two applications seem to work well together. I use Print n Share to print and with an upgrade you can make any document a PDF.

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.
