Newbie needs help

I need to send an important email but the mail arrives as a different spelling of my name (presumably because of predictive text) . I have turned off predictive text but still sends incorrectly. Can anyone tell me how I can add my name to the dictionary so this does not happen again

Hi there and welcome.

Now I've not tried this myself but we have many reports that any names in the contacts app will not be auto corrected, so if your name isn't in the contacts app now would be a good time to add it.

There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.
