Newbie to forum. Problem with ibook

Hi all, I found this forum because I asked Siri to help me with a problem I am having with iBooks. There are several copies, up to 9, of certain books in my iBooks. I tried deleting but 1 to 2 copies of the deleted books keep coming back on. If I delete iBooks and then reinstall it will my books still be there?

Hi, welcome to iPF!

In Settings - iBooks turn off "Show All Purchases". This is the only way to get rid of multiple books in the library. You can delete them from there, and they will disappear, but you'll still find them all on your Purchased list.
Deleting iBooks won't help solving the problem. Books you purchased through the store would still be visible in the library when you reinstall the app.
