I wanted to introduce myself. I had my previous IPAD for almost 6 years. While away on vacation, my boss upgraded my IPAD to a newer version. I joined this forum, to help figure out why some functions do not work like they used to.

The iPad models and iOS are constantly changing - don't know which previous Pad you owned nor its installed iOS, but tell us which iPad you now have, and I'm assuming if a new model, you are up to iOS 12.1.x - go to the
