I cannot get the ipad edition of the nyr magazine. there seems to be problem with the library download. So far no help from customer care. Any ideas?

Does the app load OK but the problem is that you can't then download the 'content'?

Try to delete the app and re-install it, lets see if it works that way

I find that on Monday when the newest issue of the New Yorker comes out, the download sometimes fails, even repeatedly. However, if repeatedly try to download it, it eventually completes.
