No Imported Favorites In Folders on PC??

Set up the ICLOUD program on my windows 7 PC with the intent of
backing up the bookmarks and so on. Loaded the program and all went great.
Went to internet explorer and the favorites/bookmarks and saw all imported
folders from the IPAD. Great! At least thats what I thought. Opening the imported folders, not one had anything in it!!
Any thoughts appreciated…….Ken
