No predicted spell bar

Hi can anyone tell me why I have lost my predicted spelling bar on my iPad 2

It's possible that you were hiding it by accident. If you see this small line right above your keyboard, slide it upwards to show the predictive bar again:

Or it's disabled. In that case, tap the key next to the numbers key, and enable Predictive:
