Not Authorized? I just bought it

I recently downloaded a movie from Itunes directly to my new ipad. When it was done the browser was left on a blank screen except for a link to terms and use. No place to agree though. I couldn't find the downloaded movie. I conected to my net book running XP to see if I could see it. It was there. It transfered to itunes, but then said I was not authorized on this computer to copy it to my Ipad. I have authroized, unauthorized, reauthorized, rebooted etc. Even reset factory settings on both netbook and ipad. No luck. Any advice would be appreciated.

You need to authorize your computer. You can authorize up to 5.

See authorize computer in one of the menu options on the top portion of iTunes.
