Notification Bar for iOS 4.x?

Is there a jailbreak solution that gives 4.x iPad 2 users a Notification Bar similar to that of iOS 5? I don't want to upgrade to iOS 5 yet because there's no JB for it yet. But I miss the Notification Bar.

On my iPhone before I went to iOS 5, I had Notified Pro running with the Notification GriP that gave me something that closely resembles the iOS 5 Notification Bar. But my understanding is Notified Pro doesn't run on iPad...

So are there alternatives that gives me the function of iOS 5's Notification Bar?
