Hi, Sylvano! Welcome to iPF!

You have to disable it in Safari itself now.
Open a new tab, then you'll find "Private" at the bottom, left. Tap it to disable Private Browsing.

It's not possible to view Safari full size with iOS 7. (I do hope you were asking for this.)
