What's new

now for something completely different

SkyFire does NOT work perfectly.

.

Maybe it works perfectly for him? The sites he goes too?

Probably, and If the statement was qualified it that way, I wouldn't have responded.

Personally I find that SkyFire is a complete total waste of money and it annoys me when posters state it works "perfectly"

Let's see jmorton10, first of all no need to be upset here, IPad2 is
full of suprises but you need to do your homework with patience and
knowledge, you can't have the genius of the lamp if you don't know how
to use the lamp. Do you know how to use the Skyfire? Now to the subject.
Can you post some links for us here as you mentioned to check if Skyfire
can't open those flash videos?

Let's dissect and analyze those websites you like. Do you accept the
challenge? If you don't accept or keep silent that will mean you were just
bluffing. The offer is good and the intention is to know better the true power
of the IPad2, what do you say?

NOTE - As I said there are several options available for the IPad2 to open
files, videos and websites, I mentioned some good ones that work for me
all the time, any question? Let's discuss.

Do you want your IPad2 to play Flash? Just install Skyfire appz and enjoy.
Do you want your IPad2 to play Megavideo? Just install VideoBrowser appz.
Do you want your IPad2 to play DivX, RealMedia, Xvid etc.? Just install any of
these: OPlayerHD, BuzzPlayer, AzulMediaPlayer (With downloading options) etc.
Do you want to watch and download video from Facebook library? No problem,
just install VideoGet. I have all of these appz and they work fine.
There are no limits anymore for the IPad 2.

Is there an app for getting rid of "z" at the ends of words?

I'm thinkin you should start a new thread with your challenge. We don't want to hi-jack OP thread ~ Kick me the link, please?

I think more than a challenge I would say Sharing solutions / Knowing the IPAD2. I can
make my contribution based in my experience with those applications, this is a good
subject.

But it does work perfectly for me. I have not been on a site with flash videos that haven't worked with skyfire. Maybe I don't visit as many sites as you but for me it is totally worth the money. As they say though YMMV.

Sent from my iPad using iPF

Not to stick my head in the lions mouth, but jmorton is 100% doing the right thing piping in.

I don't personally care much about the flash issue, but with other issues after at least half a dozen times hearing someone say "It works perfectly" then me, taking them at their word...I go ahead and spend 5-10 bucks to buy it, only to find that "perfectly" apparently doesn't mean the same thing to everyone.

also...mac users might not even know this, but flash comes in allot of different flavors. Working for one is not the same thing as working for all.

Hi all,

Is there a app / browser that you can download on the iPad 2 that can run a Java applet?

We have an oracle based system that uses java for it's front end.

Would really be awesome if I could get that to work on my ipad.

Regards,
