Numeric 3G signal strength?

I'm looking for a tweak that will show the 3G signal strength as a number. After I JB'd, I thought one of my tweaks gave me this ability, but I can't find it. Anyone know of one?

what is the range for numbers?

I haven't had the chance to play with it much. 3G in my house is reading -76, wifi is -55 close to the router, -90 at the far reach of it. I don't know what the numbers represent, but the smaller the number, the stronger the signal.

The numbers is your signal strength in DBM.

The lower the number, the better the signal. (considering it is in the negatives)
