I have an iPad Mini 1st gen wifi only running iOS 7.0.3 with the O2 network's TuGo app installed. I can send texts fine on it but for some reason it won't receive them - or any calls. I've tried signing in and back out which may briefly solve the problem but it soon goes back to not receiving again.
TuGo is also installed on an iPod Touch 5th gen and running absolutely fine on there. I had TuGo working fine on an iPad 2 wifi previously, sold that but signed out before I reset the device. Is there a known issue on the Mini?
