Office2 HD & iOS7 compatibility issues

Hi. I am new to this site and don't usually post in on line forums.
I have an issue with Office2 HD app and possibly the compatibility of the new iOS7 that I upgraded to yesterday.
I can no longer create folders. I press the new folder icon, a window pops up saying, "New Folder Enter a name for the new folder", I press OK then the pop up screen disappears and nothing happens. I never had this problem with the previous iOS version.
Anyone else having these problems or know how to get around this?

Hi there and welcome.

I just checked it out on my iPad and it created a new folder without any issues.....so, I'd recommend the following 1) check the App Store to see if you have any pending updates for the app, if not, 2) close the app completely (four finger swipe up then scroll left of right to find the app and swipe up on the thumbnail) then re-open the app and finally 3) restart your iPad, hold the home and on/off buttons until the Apple logo appears then allow your iPad to restart. Let us know how you get on?

Remember, search is your friend.
