"open-in" drop down

HOw do I ask Apple to either increase the number of Apps that can appear in the " open-in" drop down, or be able to order the Apps in priority so that I don't exceed the limit of 10 that Apple imposes?

Why would Apple impose a limit?

this issue has been brought out so many times and yet Apple still don't make any improvement with the release of the new ipad and the IOS 5.1 for the ""open with" feature ..
