Paid Apps downloaded free from the internet - transfer to my ipad2 without jailbreak

hi, i have downloaded some paid apps from the internet for free. however when i try syncing them to my ipad 2, apple is not allowing the sync. Can i transfer paid apps which are downloaded for free from the internet to my ipad2 without jailbreak?Thanks

No, all apps need to be purchased through the apple appstore either in itunes or directly from the ipad if a paid version, if free it is still a free purchase, then the app is downloaded and installed the next iTunes to iPad synch.
