pairing iphone to ipad for caller ID and dialpad

hi guys!
i will start with that : i dont need pairing for thetering !
i am planning to install my ipad 3g in my car.
i also have my iphone...
what i wanted to do is to initiate and terminate calls and actually have a full keypad in order to dial from the ipad using my iphone.
(just like the original audio system i have now that is paired with my iphone... )
is there some kind of software that allows to send numbers to dial from the ipad to iphone? and show the caller id information on ipad when i recive a call on my iphone?
that will be the perfect handsfree kit for me...
