PDF Annotation with Auto Incrementing Number

Hello All,

First time posting here and hoping that someone could help me out or point me in the right direction.

I have a PDF that I need to write on (which I currently use neu.Annotate which I like) but now I need an area on the sheet that will have a number that auto Increments every time the file is opened, saved or emailed (preferably emailed). This will then give it a unique number to differentiate it from every other document.

Is there an application out there that will do it? Is there a company I can contact who could/would make it?

That works perfect (well it doesn't do formula's but its still a good program)
