Photo streaming

Have photo stream set up so that my iPad will stream photos to my wife's iPad. However, I can not get it to stream to my daughters iPhone...anyone have any ideas?

Hmm....I though everything had to be on the same Apple account....

Well, that would make sense to me, but I thought I could share photo's with friends and family... Or maybe I'm wrong..? Anyone else, please?
