Photo sync from pc to ipad2

Transfer photos from PC to IPAD2 using photosync app

I have purchased photosync app for my IPAD2, to facilitate my transfer of photos from PC to my IPAD2
I have initiated the application up to "select files" I opened up the files in my computer
but gets always a reply of "invalid path for the file. And besides if I ever get the correct file path, will
the photos upload automatically to my IPAD2

Where can I locate the valid path name of my file in my computer?
