I all,

I had some pictures stored on my ipad on the camera roll, but they got deleted long ago.

Wen i look at image attachments onvthis forum under attach from photos i noticed camera roll and photostream. These old photos are not in camera roll but they are in photostream. Now i am being dumb, but what is photostream?

Also, how do i access it and delete the plctures from the stream.

Cheers

Photo stream is a archive of any picture you have taken or captured using the screenshot function for the last 30 days. This means in 30 days the stuff that's there will have gone and anything you have done since will be there. In order to delete the photo stream stuff you need to follow these instructions. This MUST be done from a computer. Or like me you can use a browser that makes website think you're on a computer when using the iPad.

If you don't want the photos to go on photo stream you can turn it off in the settings app.

Oh and just to let you know, that link can be found by a quick search in google. Sometimes the apple discussions forum on the apple support website is just as useful as this forum. It all just takes a little bit of searching.
