Photosync problem

While I used PhotoSync without problems a few days ago, now it fails to load upon hitting the icon on my iPad. (The home page only shows for about 1/2 second.) I tried re-booting the iPad, resetting the location information, and re-downloading the app--but nothing helps. Can anyone help me? I want to transfer photos from my iMac to the iPad.

I found the solution on PhotoSync's web site. 1. Hit the off switch and the home button at the same time. (This takes a screen shot.) 2. Open the Photo app. The screen shot should appear. 3. Then open the PhotoSync app. It should work as advertised (at least it did work in my case).
