Picture of dog on my I pad email

How can I get rid of a picture of my daughter's dog that appears on all the emails I send. I have gone to the Photos and removed the pic but that doesn't work. I'm not even sure how it got there in the first place.

Do you use the native mail app as I'm thinking that you need to have an app to insert a photo. Have a look at the apps on your iPad, that is if there's not too many to go through. Others may have a better idea on this.
