Pictures of Plain White Wallpaper on iPad-3 !

Attached is a pic of a plain white wallpaper set to 100% brightness. Just curious why do you want to see this? I don't know why mine is so dark towards the bottom this may warrant a replacement.

I'm curious as well, samd.

@Augustaya if you feel you have an issue with your new iPad give Apple a call. Their customer service is top notch. If you live close to an Apple store make an appointment with the Genius bar. They are very skilled and love helping.

lol I was hoping some of u would put plain white wallpaper...

IOS has an in-built wallpaper gradient mask which AUTOMATICALLY makes the wallpaper darken towards the bottom. It is impossible to remove it without jailbreaking the iPad, and there is no jailbreak for the iPad3 released publicly yet. You won't be able to see a plain white wallpaper if that is what you want...

I am saying something like this... white-test-150x150.webp

So, now you've got MY curiosity up.

What, exactly, is your point, here? As in: where are you going with this?

Are you looking for a picture Or a screen shot?

In curios if youre tryin to see if u have a yellowish Tint color issue (which then I would assume u would want a picture with the white viewed in photos app)

Im curious too.
Photographs taken with unspecified / random cameras by different people in uncontrolled environments will not yield any useful comparison. White Balance is a challenge which cant be easily managed in this scenario IMHO.

I didn't know a simple request for a blank white picture was so difficult for people to grasp. You're all acting like its some huge undertaking lol

OP, just google white wallpaper or white background

I think the point is if you set a white wallpaper on the iPad, you get a gradient effect applied to it which make it dark at the bottom...so it won't appear white at all. You can set black, though.
